The surgery will be closed on Friday 25th December (Christmas Day) and Monday 28th December (Boxing day substitute day) and Friday 1st January 2021.
Should you need urgent medical attention when we are closed please contact NHS 111. Alternatively Wigan GP Alliance provide access to clinicians across the borough to patients who require non-urgent treatment out of hours. To contact GP Alliance please ring 01942 482848.

FLU VACCINE 2020/21
Due to Coronavirus restrictions, the Practice will be contacting eligible patients to book an appointment for their flu vaccines.
When attending for your appointment, please wear a mask or face covering....
If you have Covid-19 symptoms or self-isolating or have confirmed COVID-19 test or a contact of suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases, you should not attend until you have recovered and completed the required isolation period. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not enter the Practice, as you will not be able to have the flu vaccine.
Only the patient having the flu vaccine will be allowed to enter the Practice, or with a carer/ parent or guardian. Please do not arrive early for your appointment.
We are currently giving Child Flu Vaccine for age 2-3 Please contact the Practice to book an appointment.

Wigan Council have set up a support offer for all residents who do not have family or friends to support them during isolation. Appointments until further notice
The way we book our appointments for the next few weeks are under review to ensure that we prevent the spread of Coronavirus. If you need an appointment please contact the surgery to book a telephone consultation or a video consultation if appropriate, with a Clinician and if necessary you will then be given an appointment to come in for a face to face appointment.
Please ensure that you have let the receptionist know which chemist you would like to nominate for your prescription to be sent to electronically.
Our staff are required to complete mandatory training each year, to ensure staff are given protected time to do this, we will close between 1.00pm and 2.00pm on the last Tuesday each month.
